Gulf Watch Condominiums is a gulf to bay, 32 unit complex with a heated pool. The complex is conveniently located in the City of Bradenton Beach. Restaurants, shops, and Bridge Street are all within walking distance.

This beautiful first floor condo directly overlooks Florida's Intra-Coastal Waterway. The balcony can be accessed by sliding glass doors off both the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a new King sized bed with an en-suite bathroom. The guest room has 2 twin beds and has very easy access to the guest bathroom. You will find a well stocked kitchen and a formal dining area just off of the living room.

Guests at Gulf Watch should park only in the designated spot for the unit, or the guest spaces. Please be aware of the 7'1" garage height clearance. Parking between the buildings is prohibited.

Gulf Watch has no facilities to charge electric golf carts and other electric vehicles.

Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts.

Enjoy many activities on your visit; swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, sunset dining, picnicking, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, and more. It's easy to explore with the island's free trolley. There are convenient stops the length of the island.
